Service Description

Would you like to feel more confident working with grief in the consulting room? Grief can be a complex and sometimes daunting area, which is why many therapists avoid it. Yet for many clients, unresolved grief sits at the root of their presenting issues. Developing the skills to work with grief safely and effectively is an invaluable addition to your therapeutic practice. This training provides a clear, gentle, and practical approach to supporting clients through grief. You’ll gain an understanding of how grief works, why clients can become “stuck,” and how to help them move towards healthier, more positive ways of thinking and feeling. You’ll learn a range of effective strategies that can be used both in-person and online, along with practical techniques you can begin using immediately. The course includes a live online training session (with recording available), guidance from experienced tutors, professionally written hypnosis scripts, and a detailed training manual to support your learning and client work. On completion, you’ll receive a certificate, recognising your training in this important and rewarding area of practice.
